This is a hands-on photography course intended for those who own a digital camera and want to learn the basic and intermediate photography techniques and take great pictures by making the most of the different settings.
In the classes students will learn about the technical aspects in photography: shutter speed, aperture, ISO, exposure, focus control, basic lighting and also about the aesthetics: photography composition, point of view, and more.
Students will be guided with exercises during class, home exercises and will develop a series of images on a topic of their choice.
In order to provide hands-on training, we take a maximum of 9 students per course.
The class meets once a week for 6 weeks. Each session has a length of 2-hours.
This course offers students a presentation of their work with a Photography Exhibition at PhotoUno. Exhibitions are in addition-not part of-our six-week courses.
What to bring: For this course, students will need to bring their digital cameras and camera manual.
Make-up classes are available for this course.
