The High Line has quickly become one of the city’s most popular attractions, renowned for its great views and relaxed atmosphere elevated above the bustling city streets. Located in the heart of the art-centric neighborhood of West Chelsea, it’s a beautiful spot to photograph the vivacious spirit of New York.
Join us for this 2-hour photo walk in which you will photograph the essence of the High Line. In this class, we will take advantage of the beautiful daytime light as we photograph portraits with background blur, cityscapes with a deep depth of field, and dynamic street scenes throughout the park. Along the way, we will practice working with natural light, explore composition and perspective, and capture the vibrant energy and architecture of the surrounding city.
