New York is known as “the city that never sleeps”, and this may be one of the reasons it is such a great place to photograph at night. At night the city becomes a colorful landscape full of different shapes that we will capture from a distance. During this two-hour workshop, students will practice using long shutter speeds, panning, using fill flash and understanding the uses of low and high ISO settings.

Also, besides technical aspects of photography, students will be taught how to frame their photographs on location with compositional guidelines.

The class will take in Long Island City in the beautiful Gantry Plaza State Park

If you would like to improve your night photography this is a great opportunity to do so.
